Dear parents, dear learners,

My name is Didier Agnimel. I am from Côte d'Ivoire, a teacher with degrees in philosophy, French and human resources, and the founder of Didimel Education: a virtual and physical centre that supports education and success at school, developing learners' skills mainly through tutoring, homework help, French courses and many other educational activities.

Didimel Education was born from the idea that education leads to success, an integrated kind of success: education is the result of a process that passes on values, knowledge and skills, through strategies, methods and actions whose ultimate goal is to teach and to help the individual grow. Success at school therefore holds an essential place, and it has to be organised to reach the broader goal of success.

The project was also inspired by two observations:

  • the steep decline in young people's academic level, absorbed today by technology and the pursuit of quick, easy gain;
  • parents' lack of time, absorbed by the demands of daily life, to help and support their children at school.

Didimel Education aims to answer these difficulties. Taught by qualified, seasoned and experienced teachers, our classes are given in person and remotely in French, English, math, science, philosophy and history, and gradually in other subjects.

It took a great deal of passion and perseverance to make this centre a reality, as a duty to carry on learning and knowledge. It is now at your service. I trust it will contribute to your success in general and answer your search for knowledge and learning.

Who are we?

Training and skills development.

The words under our logo are who we are. It is our field, where we act, along two main lines.

Training

The basics and prerequisites needed, for example in French courses or literacy, or when teaching and discovering new concepts.

Skills development

The skills we already have, such as talents, and those we acquire socially or at school, such as reading, writing and speaking. This is where tutoring, homework help and academic support come in, to strengthen the efforts of schools and families.

Didimel Education is a company founded in Quebec in August 2022, working in education. Our centre is in Montréal, in the Saint-Laurent borough, where our in-person activities take place.

We believe every student has potential that deserves to be encouraged and developed, whatever their challenges or learning pace. That is why we pay close attention to choosing our tutors, whom we select among the best. Each student is matched with the teacher who fits their subject, their level and their needs.

We do not work like a traditional school, with its fixed schedules and organisational demands. Our role is complementary: to strengthen our learners' knowledge and skills. Our tutors sometimes go back over a subject in detail to make it clearer, which can become a full course of its own, as in French courses or literacy.

We are here to guide and support you in reaching your educational goals.

To lead every learner to success in general, and to success at school in particular.

This success leads to social independence, through support for learning and education, and by developing academic and natural skills. This mission cannot be a solo effort: we call on everyone, and parents in particular.

Success at school is a process in which every term counts. Our mission must therefore be ongoing: starting in September is a minimum, but waiting until the end of the first term, or worse the second or third, makes the mission impossible and the goals out of reach.

People are “capable”: they hold within them the skills and resources they need to succeed. Those skills still have to be developed properly to work in everyday life.

In our context, schools and the people in them need support from society, families, organisations and every individual, so that learners can overcome their difficulties at school.

Our vision: to make every student and learner capable, giving them the confidence and the means, at our humble level, to develop the skills already within them. It can be a hard challenge, which is why we offer to support you through what success at school requires.

    Teaching support

    Our main line: tutoring, homework help, French courses, remedial education and educational activities, for success at school.

  2. Give
    Help for education

    Donations of school supplies to students in need, whose success is often delayed or cut short by severe hardship. We have, for example, handed out school kits in an underprivileged neighbourhood of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

Education is a whole that takes learners' everyday living conditions into account.

That is why we act beyond the classroom, in the spirit of the integrated success described in our founder's message.
